Section 3(8) in Ramchandra Chandravansi University Act, 2018
(8)The University shall be a body corporate by the name 'Ramchandra Chandravansi University' and will have perpetual succession and common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire and hold property, to contract and shall, by the said name, sue or be sued.
