Section 8(1) in Tamil Nadu Co-Operative Handloom Weavers Family Pension Rules, 1992
(1)A member intending to be admitted into the scheme shall apply to the Chief Executive of the society in Form II in the Annexure to these rules. He shall certify in the application about his correct age and sound health free from serious ailment.
