Section 81(a) in The Inland Steam Vessels (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1962
(a)No vessel carrying petroleum in bulk on any canal shall be tied up within a quarter of a mile of any lock or wharf or within any other limits, which may, from time to time be fixed by the Chief Engineer, such limits being indicated by red posts.
