O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently a second special leave petition has been filed in the present case against the same judgment of the High Court.
The first special leave petition is stated to be SLP(C).. (CC) No. 3752 of 2015, which incidentally has been dismissed in default. Granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate proceeding for restoration of the first special leave petition mentioned above, the present petition, on the request made before the Court, is disposed of as withdrawn.
