Section 234(3) in The Tamil Nadu Building and other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006
(3)The working day of a building worker employed in building or other construction work shall be so arranged that inclusive of all the intervals of rest, if any, shall not spread over more than 12 hours on any day.
