Today in W.P. 5752 (W) of 2013 a question similar to the one involved in this writ petition as also in the connected application being CAN No. 151 of 2015 has been addressed to.
I am not repeating the said order in this proceeding but following the rationale of the said order, this matter shall also be heard upon filing of affidavit to the application being CAN 151 of 2015.
Let affidavit-in-opposition be filed by 30th January, 2015; Reply thereto, if any, be filed by 5th February, 2015.
