8. Source of selection.
- Selection for appointment to the posts as specified in column number 2 of Schedule-I shall be made on the recommendation of the Committee from amongst the persons mentioned in column number 3 of Schedule-I who hold lien on the post or who have been appointed on a regular basis on the post under the parent cadre before joining duty in the Cell.
