For Respondent(s) Mr.Chandra Shekhar, Adv.

                       For Mr. Yash Pal Dhingra,Adv.

UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following
                                 O R D E R

The High Court in its impugned judgment and order has thought it fit to direct the petitioners not to charge any penal interest from the respondent no.1-herein from the date of allotment till the date of handing over possession of the industrial plot in question.

Since the direction issued by the High Court is in the peculiar facts and circumstances pleaded by the parties, we do not find any infirmity with the order passed by the High Court. Therefore, we dismiss the Special Leave Petition. However, the question of law raised by the petitioners is kept open to be agitated in an appropriate case.

Ordered accordingly.
