Section 18(2) in Nagpur Improvement Trust Act, 1936
(2)The Trust may-(a)refer to such committees, for inquiry and report, any matter relating to any of the purposes of this Act, and(b)delegate to such committees by specific resolution, and subject to any regulations, any of the powers or duties of the Trust.
