Section 410 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
410. Commissioner may permit booths etc. to be erected on streets of festivals.
- The Commissioner may grant a written permission for the temporary erection of a booth and any such structure on any street on occasions of ceremonies and festivals.
