Section 25(a)(ii) in The Waqf (Amendment) Act, 2025

(ii)for clause (b), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
"(b)the accounts of the waqf having net annual income exceeding one lakh rupees shall be audited annually, by an auditor appointed by the Board from out of the panel of auditors as specified in clause (a);”;
