O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. The appellant has already undergone actual sentence of about 2 years and 2 months. In the facts and circumstances of this case, we deem it appropriate to direct that the appellant be released on bail on the following conditions:
(i) The appellant shall furnish personal bond of Rs. One lakh with two sureties each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
(ii) He shall surrender his passport before the Trial Court immediately.

(iii) He shall not influence the trial of the case, directly or indirectly and shall fully cooperate with the trial.
4. With the aforementioned observation and directions, this appeal is disposed of.
