Section 14(4) in Shri Govind Guru University Act, 2015
(4)The Pro-Vice-Chancellor shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University and his emoluments and terms and conditions of service shall be such as may be determined by the State Government:Provided that the emoluments and terms and conditions of service of the holder of such office shall not during currency of the term of the holding of that office, be varied to his disadvantage without his consent. .
