Section 43(2)(ix) in Rajasthan Agricultural University Act, 1962

(ix)such will, deed or other document containing any bequest, gift or trust in favour of the University shall cease to be in favour of the University when it is specified by the Chancellor in the order made in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 35 of the Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner Act, 1987;
