Section 39(j) in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
(j)the appointments of all the examiners of the University as lawfully subsisting shall be deemed to have been made under and for the purposes of this Act and such examiners shall continue to hold office and to act until fresh appointments Eire made;
