Section 14(2) in Bihar Commission for Protection of Child Right Rules, 2010
(2)The Commission shall hold its meetings in its office but may, in its discretion, hold its meetings at any other place in the State if it considers it necessary or expedient to do so, by the chairperson or any of its individual member.
