Interim Application No. 1 of 2020 (now numbered Interim Application No. 63 of 2020) in Criminal Application No. 628 of 2014 is on Board. By consent of learned Counsel for the Applicant, all above Criminal Applications are also taken Board.
2. We grant leave to the Applicant to join the respective aggrieved Banks as party Respondents in all the Criminal Applications. Amendment to be carried out on or before 26 October, 2020.
3. Issue notice to the newly added Respondents returnable on 29 th October, 2020. Private notice is permitted in addition.
4. 5. Copy of this order, record & proceedings in the Criminal Applications and the orders passed therein, as also record & proceedings in PIL No. 15 of 2020 (old PIL No. 58 of 2019) and orders passed therein, as well as orders passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice on the administrative side, be forwarded by the Advocate for the Applicant to the learned Advocate General by Saturday till 12.00 noon.
6. Learned Counsel for the Applicant to intimate to the Respondents in the Criminal Applications and Petitioners in the PIL of the next date.
7. List the above matters on 29th October, 2020 alongwith Civil PIL No. 15 of 2020 as also Civil Applications therein and other companion matters.
