- Every prisoner going for work shall carry his working dress and utensils for tea and water. The remaining kit and utensils shall be kept in locked receptacle provided for the purpose in the barracks.Note. - Head-warders concerned shall be responsible for ensuring that the bedding and clothing not in use are kept well arranged and folded in the wards after the prisoners leave the barracks for works.
