12. Controlling and supervision.
- The maintenance of all irrigation works transferred to the village panchayat or panchayat union council, as the case may be, shall be under the control and supervision of the Assistant Engineer, Rural Development or Union Engineer and shall be subject to inspection by the Inspector or any authority authorized by him.
