- The [Executive Council] [Throughout the Act for the words 'Board of Management' the words 'Executive Council' substituted by Act No.13 of 1995.] shall prepare before such date as may be prescribed by the Statutes, the financial estimates for the ensuing financial year along with annual accounts whether audited or not of the preceding financial year and submit the same to the Academic Senate. These estimates shall be considered by the Academic Senate at its annual meeting and the resolutions of the Academic Senate thereon shall be submitted to the Government for information.
