49. Application for duplicate certificate.
- Application for a duplicate certificate shall be lodged with the Chairman to the Board of Examiners with a declaration sworn before a Gazetted Officer or an Honorary Magistrate stating that the certificate granted under these rules has been lost without fault on the part of the applicant.
