1131. Superintendents and their subordinates to study the index to information on record in Criminal Intelligence Bureau.
- Superintendents are required to study, with care, the index to the information on record in the Criminal Intelligence Bureau of the Criminal Investigation Department as shown in Appendix XXXII, and to insist on their subordinates doing the same, in order that they ma}r become thoroughly familiar with the various classes of professional criminals about whom information is available in the bureau.
