Section 13(1) in Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969
(1)The term of office and the conditions of service of the Chairman and members of the Planning Authority shall be such as may be prescribed and they shall be entitled to receive such salaries or allowances as may be fixed by the Government.
