(3)The notice under sub-rule (2) shall contain a statement that the contractor shall hand over possession of the auction quarry to the [Collector/Additional Collector (Senior I.A.S. Scale)] [Substituted by Notification No. 19-29-2004-XII-1, dated 13-1-2005.] or an Officer authorised by him/her [under sub-rule (2)] [Substituted by Notification No. 19-29-2004-XII-1, dated 13-1-2005.] within a period of seven days of the date of service of the notice.
