Section 2(g) in The Andhra Pradesh Public Examinations (Prevention Of Malpractices And Unfair Means) Act, 1997
(g)All words and expressions used but not defined in this Act shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, (Act 1 of 1982) or as the case maybe, in the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
