PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by directing the 6th respondent to not to
give any permission to the 7th respondent to construct the house either in
Survey No. 546/1A1 or in Survey No. 546/1A2 situated at Sevalur Village,
Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District without survey and demarcate the land in
Survey No. 546/1A1 by considering the petitioner's representation dated
21.03.2023.
