15. Part-time education.
- The Administrator may also make provision for:-(a)Part-time education in classes VI to VIII in respect of such children who, having completed education up to class V, could not continue studies on a whole-time basis.(b)special part-time education for functional literacy for children in the age group of 10 years to 14 years (both inclusive).(c)adult education by opening such adult education centers of education extension centers as he may think fit.
