Section 223(1) in The City of Panaji Corporation Act, 2002
(1)No exhibition by cinematograph or other apparatus in which inflammable film is used, no public dramatic performance, circus, or pantomime, shall be given within limits of the City except in premises for which a licence has been granted by the Commissioner under this Section.
