Issue notice to Shri D.C. Jain, Divisional Engineer (Administration). Office of TDM, Sagar, who has given affidavit Annx.P/6, mentioning therein that the concerned workmen were engaged for laying down the telephonic cable of a particular project and as soon as the project work is over, their services were discontinued.
Shri Shishir Kumar Soni, learned counsel admits that there is no document to support this contention. He has been searching for and asking for such documents, but they have not been produced.
Let Shri D.C. Jain, appear on 08.04.2024 in person along with Telecom District Manager, Sagar, to either bring on record the documents showing that engagement of the workmen was on a project and when that project was discontinued, their services were discontinued, or to face the consequences for lying before the Court.
