1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.3 has issued impugned notice dated 11.03.2023 under Section 4 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1988, against the petitioner in respect of a Fair Price Shop located in the premises of Government Hospital, Qazigund, which is under occupation of the petitioner since 1997. According to the learned counsel, the aforesaid notice has been issued by the respondents in violation of order dated 27.04.2018 passed by this Court in a writ petition filed by the petitioner in respect of the same premises whereby status quo has been directed to be maintained. 2
2. Issue notice to the respondents subject to taking of necessary steps by the petitioner within one week.
3. List again on 24th April, 2023.
4. In the meanwhile, no further action shall be taken against the petitioner in respect of the premises in question pursuant to the impugned notice.
