3. Provide the entire registered ad delivered & undelivered report of registered ad document from Nowgong taluka of Chhatarpur District of Madhya Pradesh State from 15/02/2014 to 24/02/2014.

The CPIO has not provided the desired information.
Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Absent Respondent: Mr. Sanjay Gupta CPIO's representative Jhansi M: 09415880651 & Mr. C D Joshi CPIO's representative Thane through VC M: 09920147733 It is seen that the information sought in both the appeals is inter-related and hence they are heard together and disposed of by a common order.
The CPIO's representative Thane stated that in compliance of DPS order dated 22/08/2014 the information relating to registered articles delivered during the period 16/02/2014 to 24/02/2014 has been provided to the appellant vide letter dated 18/09/2014. The CPIO's representative Jhansi stated that the appellant is seeking information of roving nature (viz. details of all registered articles sent from Jhansi to Ulhasnagar during the period 11/02/2014 to 16/02/2014) but in the absence of the name of the booking post office the details cannot be supplied. He further stated that the appellant is referring to registered articles dispatched by the court and such mail is normally handled by the Court Post Office and information relating to registered articles booked at Court Post Office during the period 11/02/2014 to 16/02/2014 will be supplied. The appellant is not present for canvassing his case/contesting the respondent's submissions.
Decision notice:
As agreed by the CPIO's representative, Jhansi he should supply the information as above to the appellant within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order.
The appeals are disposed of accordingly.
