Judicial Officers should bear in mind that a Commissioner would be justified in refusing to execute a commission if the party has not deposited cash sufficient to pay his fee as well as all his necessary incidental expenses. A Commissioner's remuneration should be paid in cash, unless he is a Judicial Officer or a Civil Court Amin.
