(2)Every application for grant of permit shall be accompanied by a fee of [rupees fifty only] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 1458/12.11.1998 S.R.O.No, 698/1998.] to be deposited in a Government Treasury under the Head of account as mentioned in Sub-rule (2) of Rule 3.
