Section 63B(2) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(2)The requirement of sub-rule (1) shall not apply to factories-(a)covered under section 85 of the Act ;(b)covered under section 2 (m) (i) of the Act wherein less than 50 workers are employed ; and(c)covered under section 2(m) (ii) of the Act wherein less than 100 workers are employed :Provided that they are not carrying on any process activity or operation declared to be dangerous under section 87 of the Act or specified in the First Schedule to Section 2 (cb) of the Act.
