Section 51 in Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University Act, 2016
51. Power of the State Government on policy matters.
- The State Government may issue such directions from time to time to University on policy matters not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as it may deem necessary. Such directions shall be complied with by the University.
