(k)[ "Tribunal" means the tribunal constituted under the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal Act, 1976 (Karnataka Act 10 of 1976] [Substituted by Act 40 of 1964 w.e.f. 26.6.1965 and again Substituted by Act 24 of 2001 w.e.f. 05.09.2001.]
