Section 208(a) in Criminal Courts - Rules and Orders
(a)When the evidence of an officer connected with the Mint is required as to the genuineness or otherwise of a coin the Court should in suitable cases send the coin to the Mint under cover of its Court seal and at the same time issue a commission for the examination of such officer as a witness.
