1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.
2. Mr. Ravi Shankar Mahato, newly impleaded Defendant No.1 along with his counsel Mr. Yash Vardhan Singh, has appeared before the Court today. He submits that he runs an IT support company called- Jharkhand IT Solutions (OPC) Private Limited. He further submits that he has two bank accounts in HDFC Bank, one in the name of the company and the other one in his own personal name, i.e., Mr. Ravi Shankar Mahato. He submits that one Mr. Kumar Prahlad approached him as a Sales Executive of Mother Dairy by giving him a visiting card for registering the domain name www.motherdairydistributor.com. He had only registered the domain name way back in 2019 and provided web hosting services through M/s.Bed Rock. He has handed over a copy of the invoice and the visiting card of Mr. Kumar Prahlad to the Court.
3. Let the above information be filed by way of an affidavit of Defendant Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:DEVANSHU JOSHI Signing Date:12.09.2022 11:26:28 No.1 within 4 weeks. In the meantime, these documents produced today before the Court may also be handed over to ld. counsel for the Plaintiff who shall forward them to Mr. Raman Lamba, ACP, Cyber Crime Unit, Delhi Police so that further investigation can be conducted into this matter and a report can be filed.
4. List on 13th September, 2022.
5. The interim order dated 30th May, 2019 is made absolute during the pendency of the present suit.
6. Accordingly, I.A. 8184/ 2019 is disposed of.
