1. The parties are ad-idem on the fact that major part of the terminal dues, including gratuity, leave encashment and pension has been paid to the petitioners.
2. The petitioners have however raised the grievance that the amount under various heads such as overtime, night time overtime, duty rest allowance etc. is yet to be paid to the petitioners.
3. The petitioners or their legal representatives (in case of deceased employees) are directed to file their respective claims in relation to their remaining dues alongwith the details and documentary evidence (if available) before the concerned Chief Managers, on or before 30.06.2023.
4. The respondent - Corporation shall get the amount verified/determined after getting requisite audit done (if required under the applicable guidelines or instructions).
5. It will be required of the respondent - Corporation to consider the claims so filed by the petitioners/legal representatives of the deceased employees and pass order determining dues of each of the employees on or before 31.10.2023.
6. The amount so determined will be intimated to the petitioners/their legal representatives. The respondent may however defer payment of such determination.

7. Instant order will apply to all the retired employees of the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation, whose writ petitions/contempt petitions are pending before this Court.
