Section 56 in Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence Act, 2018
56. Power of State Government to Issue Directions.
- The State Government may give such directions to the University as in its opinion are necessary or expedient for carrying out the purposes of this Act or to give effect to any of the provisions contained therein or of any rules or orders made there under and the Board of Governor or the Board of management, as the case may be, of the University shall comply with every such direction.
