Section 8(3) in The Maharashtra State legal Aid and Advice Board
(3)The ex-officio members, shall be entitled to travelling and daily allowances according to the rules applicable to them. The other members shall be paid travelling and daily allowances as admissible to Grade I Officers of the State Government under the normal rules.
