Section 8(1) in Andhra Pradesh Higher Education Regulatory and Monitoring Commission Act, 2019
(1)To efficiently discharge its functions under this Act, the Commission shall engage such number of officers and other employees as it may consider necessary, subject to such regulations as may be made in this regard.
