Section 6(6) in The Tamil Nadu Agricultural Labourers-Farmers (Social Security and Welfare) Scheme, 2006
(6)Every registered member whose name has been registered under the Scheme shall be issued with an Identity Card for a family as in Form No. Ill free of cost by the Special Tahsildar (Social Security Scheme). This Identity Card shall be ensured for permanent use of the members as proof of identity.
