1. Service report of court notice issued to Respondent No. 1 is still awaited. As per the office noting, counsel for Respondent No. 1 has been served through counsel on 30th September, 2022. The Court is however not satisfied with the service as the same has not been effected on the counsel on record.
2. Mr. Sachin Gupta, counsel for Petitioner, states that he will serve both Respondent No. 1 and their counsel and also telephonically inform the counsel of present proceedings as well as the next date of hearing.
3. The Petitioner is permitted to effect service on Respondent No. 1 and their counsel in the aforesaid manner, as also through speed post and dasti.
