Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 26th December, 2023 passed by the respondent whereby the Petitioner's clarification stating 'inadvertent typographical error' in providing incorrect percentage shares between the petitioner and the joint venture partner (i.e. incorrectly mentioning the petitioner's share in the JV as 40% instead of This is a digitally signed order.
