4. Later on the matter was mentioned and the order passed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice assigning Arbitration Petition to Hon'ble Mr. Justice G.S. Kulkarni is brought to my notice.
5. In view thereof, liberty is reserved to the parties to move the Hon'ble Justice Mr. G.S. Kulkarni for appropriate directions. Order accordingly.
