SLP(C) No. 25787-25824/2012 Respondent Nos. 39 and 41 are duly represented. Two weeks time, is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner, to file fresh particulars, to serve respondent nos. 26, 31 and 33, for issuance of notice for alternative arrangement, as process could not be served with remarks “addressee left” and “no such person”.

Despite due service, none appears on behalf of remaining respondents.
