Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.598 dated 15.7.2015 under Sections 406, 420, 200, 181 and 171 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar.
This Court vide order dated 3.9.2015 had granted interim bail to the petitioner to the satisfaction of arresting/investigating officer. However, it was ordered that she shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that pursuant to order dated 3.9.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Dara Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and her custodial YAG DUTT 2015.10.05 18:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-29761 of 2015 -2- interrogation is not required at this stage.
In view of the above, the instant petition is allowed and the interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 3.9.2015 is made absolute.
However, the petitioner shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and conditions, as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
