Section 93(7)(ii) in The Arunachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1984

(ii)Where the property to be attached is a negotiable or instrument not deposited in Court, nor in the custody of a Public Officer, the attachment shall be made by actual seizure and the instrument shall be brought to the office of the Recovery Officer ordering the attachment and be held subject to his further orders.
