94. Procedure on objection.
- Where an objection is filed under the next preceding Rule, the Registrar shall after giving notice to the parties concerned decide such objection with liberty to adjourn any matter to the Judge by whom such judgment or order was delivered in Chambers. If such Judge is not available, the matter shall be put up before such Judge as the Chief Justice may nominate.
